The enquiry form collects the name, email address and message you enter, along with the organization, country and subject if you provide them. This information is sent to our email address so that we can answer you. It is not sold, published, or used to send marketing you did not ask for.

This site sets one cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers the language you chose so that returning to the site does not reset it. It contains a language code and nothing else. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.

On a first visit, before any language has been chosen, the site picks a starting language from your browser settings and, failing that, from the country your network address resolves to. The lookup runs on our own server against a local database; your address is not sent to a third-party geolocation service and is not stored.

The contact page embeds a Google Maps view of our head office. Loading that map is a request to Google, which receives your network address and applies its own privacy terms. Nothing else on the site loads content from a third party.

Enquiries are kept in our mailbox for as long as the matter they concern is open, and are deleted when they are no longer needed for it or for a legal obligation.

You may ask what personal data of yours we hold, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to our use of it. Write to base@basecorporate.com and we will respond within the period the applicable law requires.
